FAIRVIEW HILLS ESTATES COVENANTS

 

  • No residential structure shall be moved onto any lot and all must be of original construction and of a permanent structure.
  • Minimum 1500 sq. ft, two-car attached garage and 6/12 roof pitch preferred.
  • All detached structures are subject to developer approval prior to construction and cannot be constructed of metal.
  • Above ground swimming pools with fencing to be approved by developer prior to installation.
  • Driveways shall be constructed of cement concrete.
  • Only underground propane tanks permitted.
  • Fences must be black open mesh or wrought iron with a maximum height of 5 feet.
  • No animals or poultry of any kid other than household pets. One dog kennel permitted with a maximum size of 6x12 feet on a concrete pad.
  • No building or structure of a temporary character shall be used at any time as a residential dwelling on any building lot, either temporarily or permanently.
  • No bus, mobile home, trailer, camper, or boat shall be parked on any lot or street except within a garage. No inoperable vehicle shall be parked except in a garage.
  • The purchaser of any lot shall be required to begin and complete construction of a residential structure within 18 months from date of purchase.
